We’ll provide the mess boxes that fit in the wagons for McClellan’s Bodyguard.  We’ll even provide some of the nesting kettles. But if your company wants knives and other utensils you’re going to need to bring them.
This reproduction of a common period butcher knife is made by Adam Daub and includes a wooden handle held together with a number of small brass pins (rather that three large rivets seen more often on later knives). Each will come with a leather sheath.
