While our U.S. Linstock matches the specs in the Ordnance Manual, these Confederate-specific linstocks are copied from a super crude Reb example.  Made simply by shaving one end of a dowel to a point that fits the socket on the gun carriage, drilling a hole in the other end, and painting it, this lacks the hardware it was intended to have but functions nontheless.
