Some artillery carriages had brass plates screwed to them to indicate the contractor that made it.  Over the years, numerous makers of reproduction artillery carriages used their own custom brass plates to indicate their work.  While that's kinda cool, if it is an authentic reproduction gun being used at an authentic event, those things have to come off.  We have several options to replace them, all cast in solid brass by Rick Bryan.

*Note these are not required unless your carriage has an inlayed plate that was removed, obvious holes, a circle of unfaded paint beneath where a modern one used to be, etc.  In fact, for Confederate impressions, we have carriage stencils that should be used instead.
