While not a piece of equipment that the army specified be included in each limber chest, these tools are nonetheless noted to have sometimes been carried and having a couple present in a recreated battery is appropriate.  These tools are used to clean any remaining wadding from the inside of the fuze adapter just before a paper time fuze is inserted.
