Point Lookout is a great time to break out some lesser-used uniform pieces including modified Mounted Services Jackets.  Cavalry and artillery jackets with the trim and bolsters removed and often with the collar shortened occasionally show up in images of infantrymen, including on some of the New Hampshire men at Point Lookout.  If you've got everything already and have a hankering for something unique, here you go.  These will be copied from an original by the Honest Sutler.
